South Zone champs Presentation College and Shiva Boys will meet in the semi-final round of the South Zone Secondary Schools Football League Coca-Cola InterCol, after both teams marched to victory in their quarter-final matches played at the Mannie Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella, yesterday.

Presentation, which won its first zonal league title in 23 years, eased to a 3-0 victory over Fyzabad in the first match.

Kevin Moody's 38th minute strike give Pres a 1-0 advantage, which they took to the interval as Fyzabad, despite their many attempts, were unable to find an equalizer.

The defending champs got their second compliments of a Kai Hope Cupid strike in the 65th minute, before Tiler Scipio put his name on the score sheet and sealed the deal with an 85th minute strike.

In the second match a double from Joshua Bachan helped Shiva Boys to a 2-0 win over Princes Town.

This was Shiva's second win over their opponents after splitting the two zonal league matches, winning the first 2-0 and going down 1-0 in the second round.

Bachan double came in the second half, after a goalless first period. He opened his account with a strike in the 51st minute, before he added his second in the 65th minute.

The two teams will clash in the second semi-final at the same venue on Thursday, with Siparia and dethroned league champs Napriama facing off in the first semi-final clash.
