School officials told The Student Press today that an undisclosed sum of money was stolen from San Juan Senior Comprehensive sometime between last night and early this morning. Thieves pounced on the two security guards who were posted at the school last night and tied them up before raiding a vault located in the Principal's office. The Student Press understands that several of the technical and vocational classrooms were also broken into by the bandits. Students who showed up for school today were sent home by school officials as police officers cordoned off the crime scene and conducted their investigations. Students are asked to return to school tomorrow as classes are scheduled to resume. Officers from the San Juan Police Station are continuing investigations. Trackback(0)
