How do you feel now that the Breathalyzer Bill has been proclaimed law? Do you expect it will help reduce the carnage on the nation's roads?

The Breathalyzer Bill will only work if there are police officers around to catch offenders. Also people need to be educated on how they work because I've heard some really ridiculous (more funny than ridiculous) arguments on the radio. I must commend the police service on catching more people driving illegally on the bus route, it's not perfect but it's better.

I believe that the institution of the breathalyzer bill is a step towards reducing the nation's road fatalities once the officers are out and doing their jobs which i have noticed that they are making a valiant effort to do.......they are to be given some commendation

i believe that the breathalyzer will show whether or not these road fatalities are really related to drunk driving.every statistical report we have here is from other countries.we will finallly have the source data to analyse our own unique problems.it could be that our roads are quite deceptive with all those dips.
